Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator | Level 1
A gentle foundation in relational, nervous-system-aware equine work.
This Level 1 training offers a grounded, attachment-informed introduction to Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL). It’s for facilitators, therapists, coaches, or space holders who feel called to partner with horses in a way that honors dignity, consent, and the nervous system — for both humans and horses.
Here, you will learn to guide experiences that create safety, regulation, and meaningful connection.
At the speed of attunement.
At the pace of truth.
What You’ll Learn:
Module 1 — EAL Foundations
Explore the history of horse–human partnership, the shift from control to relational attunement, facilitator ethics, and how horses mirror emotional states.
Module 2 — Nature as Co-Facilitator
Learn sensory awareness, grounding practices, and how nature-based metaphors support nervous system regulation in EAL sessions.
Module 3 — Embodied Movement
Understand polyvagal principles, somatic movement, breath, and body cues — and how horses respond to human energy and posture.

See how attachment styles appear in equine interactions and learn to facilitate co-regulation, connection, and emotional safety.
